Please read our terms and conditions carefully. Your use of the Sue Dunlop website and purchase of our products on it means that you agree to the following terms and conditions. The laws of Türkiye.

1. PLACING AN ORDER

1.1 When you place an Order for a Product in any of the ways listed above you are agreeing to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms.

1.2 When you place an Order online we will send you and email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your Order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your Order. If a Product is not available we will endeavour to let you know via email.

1.3 Sue Dunlop reserves the right to cancel any sale and not supply Products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of Products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

1.4 All new Orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.

1.5 We endeavour to ensure that all prices on the Sue Dunlop website are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the Products in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you have supplied us with. We will then give you the option of re-confirming your Order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the Order as cancelled). If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full.

1.6 Prices are quoted on the Sue Dunlop website in UK Pounds Sterling 

1.7 International customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these costs will be – please consult your local customs office for more information.

2. PAYMENTS

2.1 You must pay for your Order before it is delivered 

2.2 If your delivery address is outside Türkiye and you order online you must pay a cargo fee.

3. CREDIT CARDS

We do not accept credit card payments on our website.

4. Payments can be direct payments to my bank either in Türkiye or England

5. AVAILABILITY

5.1 We endeavour to keep Sue Dunlop as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that a particular Product will always be available. If we are unable to supply a Product you will be refunded for it or offered an alternative.

5.2 All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a Product you have Ordered, we will notify you via email, where possible, and will either refund you for that item or provide you with further information regarding future availability.

6. DELIVERY

6.1 Sue Dunlop delivers to destinations inside and outside  Türkiye.

6.2 Postage within Türkiye is Free of Charge.

International orders will carry a shipping surcharge.

6.3 International delivery may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility when they apply. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these charges will be and Sue Dunlop is not responsible for them.

6.5 This does not affect your Statutory Rights as the consumer.

• You will get an order confirmation email from the artist and a second confirmation of shipment via email.

• All orders are shipped with a tracking number.

• Actual shipping time depends on the shipping option agreed with the artist

• We are not responsible for losses or delays incurred by the postal service 

• In case of a lost parcel, please contact your local delivery office and provide the tracking number we gave you

7. COPYRIGHT AND TRADE MARKS

7.1 All content of this site, including text, images, source codes, logos, icons and photos and all other material, is the property of Sue Dunlop or its content providers and is protected by Türkiye and international copyright laws.

7.2 The site is for personal use only and users may not exploit any part of the content in any way without the written permission of the copyright owner. All rights reserved.

7.3 Permission is granted to print and electronically copy portions of the Sue Dunlopsite for the sole purpose of placing an order with Sue Dunlop or using this website as a shopping resource. Any other use of this website and its materials, including reproduction for purposes other than those noted above, modification, distribution, or republication without the prior written permission of Sue Dunlop, is strictly prohibited.

7.4 Sue Dunlop does not make any warranty or representation in respect of any other trade mark and the trade marks of the brands featured on Sue Dunlopbelong to their respective owners.

8. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

8.1 Sue Dunlop is committed to protecting your privacy and promises only to use information collected about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998..

8.2 When you place an Order, we may ask you for certain information and you may submit personal data to Sue Dunlop (for example your name, phone number, postal address, email address, contact and bank/credit card details). We may also record which Products you are interested in and which Products you purchase as well as customer traffic patterns and site use. This information will be kept securely in accordance with our internal security policy and may be used to:
a) process your Order
b) provide you with an up to date, efficient and reliable service
c) help to prevent fraud i.e. we check card details with our merchant card checking facility and reserve the right to refuse Orders on that basis
d) open and run your membership
e) provide a more tailor made shopping experience.

8.3 By making an Order and submitting your data you agree to this use.

8.4 We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

8.5 At no time will any information gained about you be passed on to any third-party for marketing purposes.

9. RETURNS

9.1 You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 7 working days after the day following the delivery of the goods by CONTACTING US , post or telephone. Your right to cancel is on the basis that we will be able to re-sell the goods to another customer as new. 

9.2 We accept returns and exchanges if we receive the artwork back within 14 days of you receiving your order and the artwork is returned in its original resalable condition.

9.3 If the arts have already been posted to you (or on your behalf to any other person), you (or the other person) must return the products to us at the time of cancellation and we will credit your credit or debit card with the price of the products within 30 days beginning with the day on which notice of cancellation was given.

9.4 If you have any questions about the artwork or need help on deciding whether or not to keep them, please contact us by email for more information.

9.5 If you have received the wrong artwork, we will make sure that you receive the correct goods at no extra cost.

9.6 If your item/s have been damaged in transit, please inform us within 3 working days.

Sue Dunlop recommends returns be sent via a method of recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for undelivered items. Please note that Sue Dunlop will not be liable for the cost of returning the item.

On receipt of the damaged items Sue Dunlop will send out an immediate replacement, unless it is an original piece which cannot be replaced.

10. RESPONSIBILITIES

10.1 Sue Dunlop has endeavoured to make the descriptions (including all images) of the Products as accurate as possible but we cannot be held responsible for changes in Size, Content or Presentation of Products.

10.2 Sue Dunlop will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unforeseen event beyond its reasonable control including without limitation Internet outages, communication outages, fire, flood, war or act of God.

10.3 These Terms do not affect your Statutory Rights as a consumer.

10.4 Subject as aforesaid, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Sue Dunlop excludes liability for loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising, including without limitation any direct, indirect or consequential loss whether or not such loss arises out of any problem you notify to Sue Dunlop and Sue Dunlop shall have no liability to pay any money by way of compensation, including without limitation all liability in relation to:
a. any incorrect or inaccurate information on Sue Dunlop;
b. any interruptions to or delays in updating Sue Dunlop;
c. the infringement by any person of any Intellectual Property rights of any third party caused by their use of Sue Dunlopor any Product purchased through Sue Dunlop;
d. any loss or damage resulting from your use of inability to use the Sue Dunlop website or resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control;
e. any loss of profit, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from our error;
f. any amount or kind of loss or damage due to viruses or other malicious software that may infect a user’s computer equipment, software, data or other property caused by persons accessing, using or downloading Sue Dunlop, or from transmissions via emails or attachments received from Sue Dunlop;
g. all representations, warranties, conditions and other terms which but for this notice would have effect.

11. Liability

11.1 The Sue Dunlop site is provided by us without any warranties or guarantees. You must bear the risks associated with the use of the Internet. If we are informed of any inaccuracies in the material on the Sue Dunlop site we will try to correct them as soon as we can.

11.2 In particular we are not liable to you for the following:

11.3 Incompatibility of the Sue Dunlop  site with any of your computer or telecommunications equipment or software;

11.4 Technical problems or errors or interruptions of the Sue Dunlop site

11.7 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraud.

12. General

12.1 Sue Dunlop may change or withdraw any part of the Sue Dunlop site, or may refuse you access to the web site at any time if we consider it necessary.

12.2 Sue Dunlop may also terminate this Agreement and immediately remove, cancel or suspend access to and use of the Sue Dunlop site upon breach of any part of these Terms whatsoever.

12.3 Termination shall be without prejudice to Sue Dunlop’s other rights.

12.4 Sue Dunlop acts as a principal on its own account and not as an agent for you or any other person.

12.5 If Sue Dunlop does not enforce any provision of this agreement such will not be considered a continuing waiver.

12.6 In the event that any part of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, such part will at Sue Dunlop’s option be construed as far as possible to reflect the parties’ intentions and the remainder of the provisions will remain in full force and effect.

12.7 These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Sue Dunlop and may only be amended in writing. They apply to the exclusion of all other Terms or Conditions of contract proposed.
